No, due to capacity challenges we do not offer this option.
If you want to exchange an item, simply place a new order and return the original order to us. Reuse is fine, so please use the same packaging you received your package in. The money for the returned item will be refunded when the return has been received and processed by us. Please note that when using our return label you will be charged a return fee of 79 kroner.
All items that are unused and have tags and packaging intact can be returned within the open purchase period, but please note that the refund for the item will go directly to the person who ordered and paid for the order. This means that if you have received a gift from someone and return it to us, the person who ordered it will be the one who will get the money back.
Yes, as long as the order has not been shipped. Send us an email and we will change the order for you. If the order originally qualified for free shipping and after the change you end up below the limit, we will add shipping costs to the order.
Offers and discount codes are only valid on orders placed within the promotional period. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the discount on purchases made before/after promotional periods.
If you forget to pick up the package by the deadline at the pick-up location, the package will be treated as a return. A handling fee of 100 kroner will be charged as well as a fee equal to the return cost.
