How to return in 3 steps:

Step 1

Create a return request by scanning the QR code that came with the thank you card in your package or by pressing the return button above. The return request will be processed shortly.

Step 2

Place the items you wish to return in suitable packaging. Environmental considerations are important, so please reuse the box or bag you received the items in.

Step 3

After your return request is approved, you will receive an email from Posten containing a QR code. Take the wrapped items to the nearest mail-in store and show the QR code to have the label printed.

Other return provisions

When we receive the package back from you, we will make sure that the money is paid to you as soon as possible. We will also send you a confirmation email, with an overview of what we have received in return and how much will be paid to you. The whole process usually takes 1-2 weeks from the time you deliver the package to the drop-off location.

To receive a full refund for a return/cancellation, the item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it. That is, in original packaging, with all tags attached, and without odors, marks, or pet fur. Underwear, swimsuits, and bikini bottoms cannot be exchanged/returned.

If you return a used item, we will assess the item's diminished value and refund the used value of the item. An item without original packaging, tags or with odor/marks/fur will be considered used and the full amount will not be eligible for a refund.

When the return is processed, the item will be deleted from your invoice, or Klarna/Vipps will arrange a refund. When purchasing on invoice with Klarna, we recommend that you contact them and notify them that parts of the order have been returned for return, to avoid reminder fees.

You are also free to arrange the return shipping yourself. It is important that you choose a shipment with tracking, as you as the customer are responsible for the return until it is received at our warehouse, if you choose not to use our return label. In order for us to be able to follow up on the package, we ask that you send us the tracking number when the return has been sent. In this case, the return should be sent to the following address:
