Complaints

Supernerds always focuses on delivering quality at all levels, but occasionally deviations do occur. If you have been unfortunate enough to receive a product that is damaged in some way or does not have the expected quality, we will of course make things right.

It is important that you contact us as soon as possible after you discover the discrepancy. You can do this by sending us an email to kundeservice@supernerds.no . Include the order number, which product it concerns and a description of the discrepancy. Feel free to attach a picture or two of the damaged product to the email.
